Due to the personal care nature of our products and hygiene reasons we do not accept any returns and replacement requests for products. However, if you have received a damaged or defective item, please raise a request within 10 days of receiving the order by emailing us at and sending across unboxing video of the package. We will resolve your issue in the best possible way within 4 to 5 working days.
