Shipping Policy
How much do you charge for shipping?
We currently have a Rs.60 standard shipping charge per order.
How many days it will take to ship the products?
Shipping will be processed within 4 or 5 working days
Do you ship internationally?
We have currently disabled international shipping due to several reasons, however, reach out to us at thekarigarshala@gmail.com and we will check if we can ship the order out to you based on the delivery location and the products required.
Where can I find the status of my order?
You will receive an email and a WhatsApp message soon after we dispatch your order with the tracking details. If you did not receive one, write to thekarigarshala@gmail.com to know your order status.
Can I request a return or a replacement for my items?
Due to the personal care nature of our products and hygiene reasons we do not accept any returns and replacement requests for products. However, if you have received a damaged or defective item, please raise a request within 10 days of receiving the order by emailing us at thekarigarshala@gmail.com and sending across unboxing video of the package. We will resolve your issue in the best possible way within 4 to 5 working days.
